Processing time and delivery

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. It usually takes about a week but can be more for larger orders, bespoke orders where I source new materials or at busier times of year. If you have a deadline just let me know and I'll do my best to get to you in time.

Parcels are sent by Royal Mail second class as standard. If you would like an upgrade to first class or special delivery please let me know, fees may apply. Larger items will be sent by Parcelforce.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. International orders are sent via Royal Mail international standard, if you would like to pay extra for tracking please send me a message.

Returns & exchanges

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised items.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
