Shipping policy
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. It usually takes about a week but can be more for larger orders, bespoke orders where I source new materials or at busier times of year. If you have a deadline just let me know and I'll do my best to get to you in time.
Parcels are sent by Royal Mail second class as standard. Delivery is expected in two to three working days but items are not considered lost until ten working days after this time. In the event an item is lost I will open a case with Royal Mail. If you would like an upgrade to first class or special delivery please let me know, fees may apply. Larger items will be sent by Parcelforce.
Buyers are responsible for any sales, customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. International orders are sent via Royal Mail international standard, if you would like to pay extra for tracking please send me a message.
